Return Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: After activating the license key, the digital product is NOT refundable. An activated key is considered used and cannot be returned.

1. General Provisions

Digital goods are delivered electronically. Considering the nature of such goods, refunds may be limited after issuing an activation key and/or a download link, except as provided by this Policy and applicable law.

2. Grounds for Refund

Duplicate payment or erroneous debit due to a payment system failure;
Impossibility to activate the key due to our fault (confirmed by support);
Technical impossibility to provide the paid digital product.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support at support@aviashop.online. Specify your order number, payment time, email used at checkout, and a detailed description of the issue. Attach screenshots if applicable.

4. Terms and Method of Refund

Refunds are made using the original payment method to the same payer details. The term depends on the payment system/bank and generally is up to 10 business days after approval.

5. Refusal of Refund

The product was successfully delivered and used (key activated, download performed), and there are no defects caused by the Operator;
The Customer violated the license terms of the developer;
There is no evidence of payment or the necessary information for verification.

6. Warranty and Support

We provide assistance with activation and access to the digital product. In case of issues, contact support — we will verify and offer a solution or refund according to this Policy.
