Review Moderation Policy

This page describes the rules for moderating product reviews on X-Shop. A review is an honest assessment of a purchase for other customers — not advertising and not a support request.

Only a user with a confirmed purchase of the product (a paid order) can leave a review. One review per product per buyer.

• False information unrelated to real experience using the product;
• Profanity, insults, and hate speech;
• Advertising, spam, links to third-party resources;
• Personal data of third parties;
• Attempts to pressure the store or a creator outside of support.

A review is published immediately after submission. Every review is additionally checked by the X-Shop administration. If a review breaks these rules, it is hidden or deleted without prior notice — this does not affect the buyer's order or refund status.
