What is sold for Prepar3D
The catalog structure for P3D matches the other simulators: Aircraft, Add-ons and Scenery. Aircraft are complete airplanes, add-ons are utilities and service tools, scenery covers airports and regions. In practice the first two groups are the ones with stock; if the third does not appear in the results, nothing in it is currently available.
Prepar3D remains the simulator of choice for people who have invested years into it: a settled add-on stack, familiar tools, a stable build. The store takes that seriously and does not retire the section in favour of newer platforms — as long as there is something to sell for P3D, the section stays alive and is refreshed together with the rest of the catalog.
P3D versions and compatibility
Prepar3D has shipped in several major versions, and an add-on built for one of them is not obliged to run in another. As with every other simulator, X-Shop does not declare compatibility on its own: the developer states which versions are supported, and the store carries that into the product page — into the description and the system requirements.
Before paying, match the version of your installation against what the product page says. If the information is not enough, write to support@aviashop.online: we will check with the source and answer before you buy. Once a key is activated the product can no longer be returned, so the question is cheaper asked in advance.
Buying and receiving the key
Payment options for P3D are the same as everywhere else: Russian bank cards, Stripe for international cards, and cryptocurrency through Heleket and CryptoBot in Telegram. Promo codes are entered in the cart. Delivery is digital: the key is emailed to the order address, appears under "My orders" in your account and arrives in the Telegram bot as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If the email does not show up, check spam and wait five to ten minutes; for a paid order the key can be re-sent. One key is issued and it is used every time you reinstall the add-on — reinstalling Prepar3D or moving to another computer does not require buying anything again.
Installation and updates
P3D add-ons are usually installed by the developer's own installer: it detects the simulator, asks for the key or the developer account, and lays out the files itself. Updates arrive the same way — through the same installer and the same key, with no separate purchase for an update.
The X-Shop launcher that downloads add-ons and automates installs and updates runs on Windows only — the same place Prepar3D normally lives. On other systems add-ons are installed with the developers' installers. Guides for the common installation problems are in the knowledge base at docs.aviashop.online.
Support and the key guarantee
A key that refuses to activate is a reason to contact support, not to buy the product again. Start with the standard steps: activate through a VPN with an EU or US server, run the installer as administrator, and exclude the simulator folder from antivirus scanning. If none of that helps, write to support@aviashop.online with your order number and a screenshot of the error.
A non-working key is either replaced or refunded; requests are reviewed within three business days. Refunds are possible while the key has not been activated. The full rules are on the "Returns and exchanges" page, which also lists the grounds for refusal so there are no surprises.
