Right after your payment is confirmed. The key or download link appears in your account and is also sent to your email within a few minutes.

In the “My Orders” section of your account. It stores all your keys, download links and purchase history — your access stays with you forever.

Every product comes with a short activation guide. Usually you just enter the key in the add-on installer or the simulator store. If anything is unclear, our support team will help.

Contact support and attach a screenshot of the error. We'll look into it and replace the key for free if the problem is on our side.
