How to get it and activate
This product ships as a developer licence key: the key is issued automatically right after the payment is confirmed, and you download the add-on itself from the studio's own resource.
- Place the order and pay in any supported way: a Russian bank card, an international card via Stripe, or cryptocurrency.
- Get the activation key: it is sent to the order email, appears on the order page under “My orders” and is duplicated in the Telegram bot.
- Download the developer's installer or add-on manager — for example PMDG Operations Center, Fenix Installer or iniManager — and sign in if the studio requires it.
- Enter the key with no extra spaces, point the installer at your simulator folder and wait for the installation to finish.
If activation fails, try these in order: connect through a VPN with an EU or US server — developer activation servers are not reachable from every region, run the installer as administrator, add the simulator folder to your antivirus exclusions. The same key works for reinstalls, so you never need to buy the product twice.

How fast is the key delivered after payment?
Right after the payment is confirmed. The key appears on the order page in your account and is duplicated by email to the order address and in the Telegram bot. Payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds, occasionally up to a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
The digital product is not refundable: the key and the download link are issued immediately after payment and count as used. We only refund on three grounds: a duplicate charge, technical inability to deliver the product, and a key that fails to activate through our fault, as confirmed by support. If the key is still rejected, send support your order number and a screenshot of the error: we will replace the key or issue a refund.
