Activation error 403

Cause

Activation server rejected the request: wrong key, regional block, or license already in use.

Solution

1. Verify the key has no extra spaces; copy again from email.
2. Enable VPN (Germany/Netherlands/US).
3. Ensure the key is not already used on another PC for single-seat licenses.
4. Run the installer as administrator.
