Activation stuck at 5%

Cause

License server request hung — usually network or antivirus.

Solution

1. Close the installer, enable VPN, run again.
2. Temporarily disable antivirus.
3. Do not cancel — wait up to 5 minutes on slow connections.
4. Reboot and retry activation.
