After purchase, X-Shop provides an Aerosoft account or a license key, depending on the product. Install Aerosoft One and activate your purchase.

Step-by-step

After payment, open your X-Shop email or Telegram message — it states what you received: Aerosoft account login/password or a serial key.
Download Aerosoft One from the official Aerosoft website and install it.
Launch Aerosoft One.
If you received an account — sign in with the email and password from the store message.
If you received a key — under My Products, add the product and enter the serial key from your X-Shop message.
Select your purchased add-on and click Install, then choose MSFS 2020 or 2024.
Wait for the download and installation to finish (try a VPN if the network fails).
Launch the simulator and verify the content is available.
