Cause

Activation server returned no response — network, VPN, or ISP block.

Solution

1. Enable VPN and retry activation.
2. Check Windows system time is accurate.
3. Disable proxy and corporate VPN.
4. Retry in 10–15 minutes.

Alternatives

Try activation on another network (mobile hotspot).
