MSFS freeze on loading screen

Cause

Package conflict, corrupted Content Manager cache, or incompatible add-on after a sim update.

Solution

1. Remove the last installed Community package and retry.
2. Clear cache under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_…\LocalCache\Content
3. Rename Community temporarily — if the sim loads, isolate the conflicting package.
4. Update the add-on for your MSFS build (2020 vs 2024).

Alternatives

Reinstall the problematic add-on via the official installer. Contact support with your recent install list.
