These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the X‑Shop App mobile application and related services by the User, including interaction with aviashop.online.
To access full functionality of X‑Shop App, the User may create or use an existing X‑Shop account linked to an e‑mail and/or third‑party sign‑in providers (Google, VK, etc.) in accordance with their policies.
Using X‑Shop App, the User may browse digital products, place and pay for orders, and receive activation keys, download links and other materials shown in the App and/or on aviashop.online.
Orders in X‑Shop App are paid via available payment providers. The actual set of payment methods may vary by region, platform (iOS/Android) and technical constraints. Refund terms are governed by X‑Shop’s separate refund policy.
The User is granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use X‑Shop App on personal devices for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
It is prohibited to decompile, modify, distribute or otherwise use the App and materials obtained through it in violation of the rights of copyright holders and applicable license terms of the respective developers.
The Operator is not liable for malfunction of the App caused by actions of third parties (payment services, app stores, e‑mail providers) or for issues related to the User’s software and hardware.
Personal data processing in X‑Shop App is carried out in accordance with the X‑Shop App Privacy Policy published in the App and on aviashop.online.
